Re: Dates for BPOL Working Group Meetings : 25 - 27 October 

Dear colleagues:

After having received your mails regarding possible dates
for the BPOL Working Group meetings, we have determined that
Wednesday, 25 October through Friday, 27 October are on the
whole the best dates given people's schedules. We offer our
apologies to those for whom these dates are not possible or
difficult; however, given the large number of people
involved, no ideal solution could be found.

The meeting will be held at the LPT in Orsay. We plan to
start at 9am sharp on Wednesday morning, so you should plan
arriving the night before. Wednesday will be devoted to the
Instrument Working Group. Thursday's and Friday's program
will be devoted to the Science Case and the Foreground
working groups in that order, although the precise partition
of time between the two has not yet been determined and a
joint session of these two WGs might be scheduled at the end
of the day on Friday. In any case, we plan to end by 16h on
Friday, so that people can make their way home Friday
evening. Further details will be announced as the program is
finalized.

It is important to have an idea of numbers to ensure that
the venue is large enough. Consequently, if you do plan to
attend, PLEASE REGISTER BY FRIDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER by filling
out the text form below and e-mailing it to
bpol@th.u-psud.fr. A conference web page is available at the

Information on how to get to Orsay and a list of suggested hotels
are provided.
