The actual meeting will start at 9:00 on Wednesday, 25 October and end by 16:00 Friday, 27 October.
The meeting will be held at the LPT (Laboratoire de Physique Théorique), located in Building 210, on the Orsay campus in the south of Paris. The most convenient access is by the RER B to Orsay-Ville Station. Click here for more information on how to get Orsay including MAP. RER B schedules and other Paris Metro information is available at the RATP site. Orly is the closest airport. A tram (taking about 10 mins) connects Orly Airport to the Antony station of the RER B. The trip from Antony to Orsay-Ville is approximately 20 minutes. Charles De Gaulle Airport is served by the two most northerly stops of the B line. The RER from CDG to Orsay takes approximately 1hr 10mins.
