|T. Yuasa at age 68 (1978)|
She came back to France in 1949 invited by Frédéric Joliot-Curie. Since then, she worked as a CNRS researcher until her death in 1980. After her return to France she visited Japan only twice, in 1967 and 1977, and these visits triggered her to write articles and essays. Her books containing the french "esprit" became very popular. In particular, the three series of essays called "Paris Zuisou" ("Essays in Paris") was a great success at that time.
