We shall be holding a mini workshop on black holes, their stability and related topics at the LPT of Orsay (South of Paris) the 17, 18 and 19 of January of 2011.
This will be an informal meeting with a few talks and plenty of
time for discussions. The workshop will start on the Monday at 10:30
and end early afternoon 17:30 on the Wednesday.
A scientific program can be found below. Currently, the list of speakers includes I. Bena, V. Cardoso, O. Dias, R. Emparan, G. Policastro, H. Reall and S. Ross, and we would be very happy to have you with us.
The current list of participants can be found hereunder. Our finances do not generically permit us to cover expenses. There is no registration fee but for organisation reasons please tell us as soon as possible (before Xmas in preference) via email if you can attend (Paris people included).
You can arrange for your own stay in Paris or you can ask
Mireille for assistance. Please feel welcome to tell students or
staff that may be interested.
For any questions please dont hesitate to ask any of the organisers.
